Alongside 3 other suites, they can be hired individually or in conjunction with each other. The Council Chamber boasts high ceilings and original wood panelling and a majestic cherry-wood boardroom table can be set-up for 63 people, or removed to accommodate other seating plans. It is well-equipped with HD digital projection, sound desk, and 2 LCD screens. Meeting Rooms 1-4 are nearby and can be hired in conjunction, providing an excellent breakout space. The Congress Suite is a newer edition to Congress Centre, accommodating up to 190 for a sit-down meal or 200 standing. The spacious room is an ideal blank canvas space for a business events in London with white walls and original 1950s' parquet flooring, which has been carefully restored to stunning effect. When booked with Congress Hall, the Congress Suite provides a perfect exhibition, catering or breakout area, or alternatively the space can be hired independently for smaller events. (If used for exhibitions, the room can take up to 14 3m x 2m stands). DDR ranges from £85 to £95.

Meeting Rooms 1-4

These four wood-panelled meeting rooms can be hired individually or combined to create a larger space as an ideal events venue in London. Meeting Room 1 is the biggest in size, while Rooms 2, 3 and 4 are identical in size and spec. This highly versatile space is perfect for meetings, conferences, receptions and private events. Alternatively, you can also use it for catering, exhibitions or breakout space for events hosted in the Council Chamber conveniently located across the landing on the 5th floor in Congress Centre.
