The Private Dining Room
The Private Dining Room can accommodate up to 22 people in a boardroom style and is great for smaller meetings, training days and presentations. This space benefits wi-fi, dedicated entrance, outdoor space and natural daylight. Whether you need a video conference or audio support for your event, we will meet your requirements.
The V12 Room
Smart, minimal and sleek, The V12 Room is the larger of the two adjoining spaces. This room is perfect for conferences, panel discussions, meetings and much more. Our capacity for theatre style conferences is over 130 people. We work with production teams that can source all the AV production for your event. The rooms can accommodate a variety of layouts such as theatre, classroom, U-shape and cabaret.

Our Showroom hosts around 30 classic cars by day and can be transformed into a unique event space accommodating up to 250 seated guests or 300 standing. The ceilings are breathtakingly high, and are ideal for larger events including conferences, award ceremonies, fashion shows, product launches and exhibitions. The size of the space allows the construction of a bespoke stage or set to enhance the theme of your event.

The smaller event space, is perfect for more private business meetings or intimate corporate dining. The V8 room is an adjacent space off the larger V12 room that can used on it's own for smaller events, or as a break out space. For those more personal meetings, the room can accommodate theatre, U-shaped or round table meetings. We can hire in screen's for presenting. We have daily delegate rate catering packages that offer breakfast, networking lunches or afternoon snacks at reasonable competitive rates.

The V8 & V12 Rooms combined are the perfect spaces for corporate events such as private meetings or workshops, that may require a breakout space. The V8 Room is a contemporary room, with lots of natural daylight and art on the walls. It can function as an additional catering area or networking space. The dividing glass wall separates the two rooms, this can enable you to host multiple sessions simultaneously.

Spread across two levels, our Dining Room is ideal for seated dinner and standing receptions, accommodating up to 150 people., with sunning floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Courtyard. The Courtyard is a hidden gem lined with an oasis of greenery. The retractable roof can easily be opened for sunnier days, and industrial heaters are fitted for those chiller evenings. Another hidden gem is our mezzanine on the upper level of the Dining Room which comes with its own private roof terrace, ideal for intimate dining experience,

The Engine Rooms is a brand new event space that adjoins one of the world's finest collection of classic cars.
Our Luxury meeting and events spaces were added to the Hexagon classic showroom complex in 2021, along with a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and wine and coffee shop.
Our event spaces are tastefully designed with a contemporary, modern feel, and an array of art on the walls and sculptures - the venue has a unique edge that will wow your guests.
